01Support
For help with your account, a project or an integration, email support@nexorityinfotech.com. Include your organisation name and, for a specific project or image, a link to it. We reply on business days, usually within two.
02Billing and refunds
For invoices, GST details or refunds, email support@nexorityinfotech.com with the payment reference from Settings → Tokens. See our Refund policy for what we can refund.
03Privacy and grievances
To use your data rights, report a security issue or raise a grievance with our grievance officer, email support@nexorityinfotech.com with “Privacy” or “Grievance” in the subject. Our Privacy Policy explains what we hold and how to export or delete it yourself.
